The maintenance oil will greatly improve the used floor surface against water and scratch.
It refreshes the wood naturally and providing a more shiny look.
It is suitable for user to maintain the floor surface for every 2-3 months depending the wear & tear.

How To Use
Before start to apply the maintenance oil, some basic cleaning steps need to do.
Vacuum clean the whole surface with a vacuum cleaner.
Then follow to wipe the surface with a electro-static cloth.
If some stubborn stain / greese remaining on surface, either use natural crystal soap water or 75% alcohol to remove it and leave it to dry.
Applying the maintenance oil by rubbing oil onto the wood floor surface by sprung free white cotton cloth.
If needed, use a polishing machine and polishing pad to bluff the surface until wood saturated and looks uniform.
All excessive oil should remove at once.
The oil will be harden in 24 hours depending on temperature and humidity in air.
Never allow water to fall on oiled floor surface when the oil is still not fully hardened.
It is important that the oil wetted cloths are soaked in water and disposed it in a tightly closed container after use.
If the surface becoming too slippery, user should stop to apply it until back to normal.
If needed, use 75% alcohol to dissolve part of the excessive oil from surface.
